Question: Why are the people and countries of South Asia so quarrelsome? Explain.

Answer: The ironic explanation is that because people in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka use a lot of chili spices, they are hot-tempered and quarrelsome. However, the deeper answer is that the inhabitants of South Asia do not have the ability to resolve their own disputes (Conflict Resolution) the way the youth of the West run away from complex human relationships or the way today’s generation of the Middle East is interested in superficiality, not depth. In South Asia, whether there is a fight in our homes, a dispute in business or a dispute in politics, a confrontation between countries or a personal conflict, there is no way or tradition to resolve these differences. If brothers and sisters fight, they do not reconcile for decades. If there is a dispute in business, either the partnership breaks up or the matter reaches the court. There is a strong tradition of resolving disputes in the Western world, both parties show flexibility and thus disputes are resolved. We have not yet been able to end the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law fight, we have not yet been able to remove the clouds of suspicion and suspicion on business partnerships, we have not yet been able to find a solution to disputes on inheritance of property. In the history of the subcontinent, no local ruler except Ashoka ruled the entire region. Only the Mughals and the British were able to rule the entire subcontinent and both of them were foreigners because the kings and maharajas used to quarrel among themselves and did not recognize each other. Even today, the disputes between India and Pakistan have not been resolved for 75 years because there is no flexibility in both countries. After Prime Minister Modi came to power, in addition to stubbornness, arrogance has also been added to India, although reconciliation and business between them are very important for the prosperity of the region.

Question: When and how will the confrontation between the PTI and the ruling party end?

Answer: The day either party becomes flexible, reconciliation will take place, or the PTI supporters should pray that somehow a major disagreement arises between the ruling party and the Shahbaz government, which is unlikely with Shahbaz Sharif.

Question: What will happen to the internal differences within PTI?

Answer: Nothing will happen. There is only one leader of PTI and that is Imran Khan. No other big name has even a straw of status. Imran Khan has such a strong position within his party that he can expel anyone he wants and make anyone he wants the chairman of the party. His supporters will not have any objection, rather they will accept these decisions happily.

Question: Will Imran Khan be successful in launching a new movement after Ramadan?

Answer: PTI cannot afford to run any major movement alone, but Maulana Fazlur Rehman of the Grand Opposition Alliance is a new trump card. It remains to be seen how active a role Maulana Fazlur Rehman plays in this movement. He has organized workers with whom the state will hesitate to confront because religious extremism will increase in response and the Taliban and Fazlur Rehman supporters together can become a threat to the state. As far as PTI is concerned, its supporters cannot run a protest movement due to pressure, violence or fatigue and apathy. Especially in Punjab, PTI has lost its grip on its supporters despite remaining the most popular party. Its supporters will vote for Imran Khan, but they do not seem ready for more arrests, jails or sacrifices.

Question: Is the Shahbaz Sharif government becoming stronger or weaker? How are the relations of this government with the establishment?

Answer: The Shahbaz government currently has the full support of the ruling party. Shahbaz Sharif is very flexible and never gives the ruling party a single chance to get angry. He neither cares about the protocol of his position nor does he object to the use of the powers granted to the country’s chief executive as the Prime Minister. On the other hand, the ruling party seems happy with his hard work and day-to-day performance. However, Mian Nawaz Sharif does not have as much connection with the ruling party as Shahbaz Sharif does. Earlier, there was a distance between the federation and Punjab, but now both are bridging this gap that was becoming apparent. Maryam Nawaz has complete freedom and autonomy with regard to the ruling party. She makes her own decisions. The Punjab government is not under the same pressure as the federation. Maryam Nawaz is now speaking openly in front of the public. Gone are the days when the PTI used to intimidate her with the crowd.

Question: Will the current system work?

Answer: If no accident occurs, the current system has worked, the threats of the judiciary, the United States and public protests have disappeared, but questions about political and legal legitimacy still remain. The current political government will continue to have the full support of the ruling party until their common enemy becomes very weak. But when this goal is achieved, then cracks may appear between the ruling party and their political government. Unity, cooperation and cooperation work only as long as the goals are common, this is the experience of the past and it may be the same in the future.

Question: Why are the expectations of $50 billion in investment from Gulf countries not being met?

Answer: Actually, these expectations were based on optimism. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar are certainly interested in investment, but they will invest only in those sectors from which they will profit. They are no longer seen investing solely on the basis of friendship and religion. However, the state still expects that after the country stabilizes, peace may come, but logically this does not seem to happen. Pakistan will have to increase its own resources and spend on them.

Question: Is Pakistan under siege? What options does Pakistan have?

Answer: Apparently, it seems that the Pakistani state is surrounded by enemy India and enemy Afghanistan. There are continuous attacks and confrontations from both sides, but the new avenues of friendship that Pakistan has opened with Bangladesh have given some relief to the state of Pakistan. A front is also being formed against the government there within Afghanistan and if the Afghan government continues to behave in this way, then after receiving international support, Pakistan can also take a big decision against the anti-Afghan government.
